This week has been filled with dinner parties all the way, because of birthday parties, leaving parties etc. The first one was a dinner in 'honour' of Kasia's departure. haha. In fact, there has been a significant change of container residents in C, Kasia and Dabi moved out while Samuel from France and Ana from Portugal moved in. Glad to have new blood :D Kasia found a home near Lyngby because she has to move out sooner or later .
Kudos to Sergi for this excellent dish from Catalonia. Superb.
Next: Ankit's birthday... I made this card for Ankit, I used the leaves outside my container room and made this from other scrap materials I had from magazines etc. Now that's creativity.

Next, we had a dinner party with my introduction week. Luca led a team of chefs to make some godlike Rizzoto and baked beef, which was excellent excellent excellent. Italian food just hit the next level for me. and Matthias as usual brought beer, while I practiced my new Danish phrases with Stinne. She understood! The red wine was great!
Finally, Kasia's belated birthday party. Although she moved out, we volunteered our container for her party. It was great! We gave her a DVD, flowers and a superwoman card. haha. The salad she made was godlike. LOVED it.
